The Learning & Talent Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent development and learning initiatives. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to create a culture of continuous learning, identifying high-potential employees, and driving career development. The expertise brought to this role contributes to building a skilled and engaged workforce aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically gather insights and identify training needs across the organization, aligning learning solutions to support those needs and drive business performance.
  • Actively shape the company’s talent culture by driving key traineeship and talent initiatives, including the Management Trainee Program.
  • Design, coordinate, and enhance Leadership Development Programs for current and emerging leaders of all levels.
  • Support and update of the competency framework and development of the competency matrices for roles.
  • Develop and continuously improve the training and learning portfolio, ensuring it meets evolving business requirements.
  • Translate and align learning materials to the business strategy and needs, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Support performance evaluation cycle and propose talent development initiatives deriving from the performance cycle results.
  • Monitor and analyze learning and development metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support other Learning & Talent and Organizational Development Teams projects.

 

Requirements:

  • Min. 5 years of HR experience preferably in Talent Management or Learning & Development, including international projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Instructional design.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (C1 and above).
  • Innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of efficiently addressing and resolving issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, with a focus on solutions and opportunities.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments, thriving under pressure and managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strategic thinking, aligning learning and talent initiatives with long-term business goals.
  • Analytical skills, using data to drive decisions and measure program impact.
